While we make the change, our website and online forms will be not be available from midday Friday 22nd September until Wednesday 27th September.

Please phone us on 01784 420700 during opening hours (Monday to Friday 8am to 6pm), and please bear with us while we transfer systems.

However, as we are unable to accept repeat prescription requests over the phone, while the website is down you can order them instead by:

• using the NHS App on your smart phone or tablet
• using the NHS App website on your desktop www.nhsapp.service.nhs.uk
• bringing your prescription into the practice
• contacting your local pharmacy
